got a match there in a couple of weeks anybody been recently,heard they had a big fish kill last year,cheers andy.

If he had a big fish kill last year there must have been a hell of a lot of fish in before, because it’s still rammed with fish and they’re all in good condition.
Feeder to the island (the method’s not allowed) gets a fish a chuck when pleasuring. Mostly averaging 4lb.
Don’t know what it would be like in a match though as the pegs are very close. Pellet up in the water is also supposed work well.
It’s not the most scenic of places mind you.

On the subject of this pond what are the rules.I have a match there at the end of the month but cant find out anything as there doesnt appear to be a website.I know its stuffed with fish but are there net limits,do they supply keepnets, bait bans etc.Any help appreciated as its a long way from me and there is nothing worse than getting to a new fishery and finding out what you planned to do is banned.

Method not allowed, nets supplied, bring your own pellets, that’s about it mate.
