    27th August 2017. Daiwa Hallcroft 2 day August festival.
    Moat (38 Pegs).

    S Bargh, Leegem. Outer 49. 223-2-0.
    Sean Bargh had a whopping 223lb to claim victory on the first day. Sean fished paste over pellet and hemp at 13m for 25 carp to 12lb.
    S Clark, Mansfield. Island 6. 159-12-0.
    Steve Clark fished banded 8mm pellet short and down the margins for carp to 10lb.
    D Newman, Leegem. Island 2. 136-12-0.
    Daz Newman fished bomb and meat over pellet for his 3rd place finish.
    I Thompson, Barnsley. Island 27. 133-14-0.
    T Brown, Leegem. Island 13. 127-12-0.

    Steve Clark caught mainly carp up to 10lbs using pellets and corn at 12m in front and down his margins.

    Dave Whiting took second place catching carp and bream on worms and caster at 13m on the pole.

    Paul Elliott stormed to victory with a magnificent 2 ton plus net of carp. Paul continues to catch well on bomb with double corn.

    Tony Brown also caught well on the bomb with corn and took second place.

    Simon Drayton took third place fishing 8mm pellet down his margins.

    Dave Whiting edged todays match with a smashing mixed net of carp and skimmers caught on worms and casters at 6m.

    Dave Sewell fished mainly 6mm pellet on the pole at 6m and netted carp up to 15lbs for second place.

    Mick Hall took third place from Croft catching well on meat and pellets at 12m.
