If you draw on the island, start there on the method, then feed a 16M pole line with 6mm pellets if good conditions for fishing shallow and by that I mean 3 to 5ft normally, short to medium pole on the deck with pellet and meat been working too but not so good when it warms up and every peg in. If struggling try feeding 8mm further out for the bomb and waggler. You want proper gear, 0.18mm on the pole shallow and wag, 0.22 on the method and bomb, 0.25 plus if you draw on the scaffold bar off the island! Only feed the margins if on an end peg or at least 2 spare pegs and fill it in to the next pallet, worm and caster can be best or meat over various freebies! Only allowed 2 or 3 tins of meat (In discussion!)

Island lake is 14 to 18ft on the long pole, shallower as you come in, Adams lake 11ft at deepest.
