Hi all,

i have a match on here next weekend just wondered if anyone had any info on the place. whats the best baits?

If you are on facebook go to the jansons page and they put up all there results, i have won or framed over the last few months by keeping it simple. I feed 4mm pellets (1 bag lasts the match normally) and use 6mm strawberry pellet on the hook. I start at the island whilst feeding 2 margin swims i only go on them once the fish are pushing each other out of the way. I normally get 30lb to 50lb at the island but be carefull when feeding or you will foul hook a lot, then go on the margin just a top kit away, i personally fish as close to the grass as i can get and don’t do to bad. Whatever baits you are confident (pellet, maggot, caster etc) in will catch its the little and often that is the key.

Catching on most baits, paste working close in, maggots and pellet. For pellets you need to feed their own green pellets or green swimstim, theirs are cheaper. Put your nets in and fish to the gap left or right, you will see fish come in and stirring up bottom early on. Well run fishery, loads of fish, keep it simple.
