A cold start to the day slowed the fishing down for round 2 of the lanes bait winter league at Meadowlands, but it didn’t stop Steve Daley (Ridgemere) on peg 10 on Lambsdown fishing pellet wag and the Method to win the match with 66lb 8oz.
Pete Heaven (Greyhound) was to take 2nd place on peg 24 on Warren Pool with 52lb 14oz and Wayne Sharman (Lanes Bait) took 3rd with 51lb 2oz on peg 26 Warren….

Tickets are available for the Xmas match at Meadowlands on 19th December. If you wish a ticket you need to go to Lanes Tackle Shop and see Wayne (‘Big Wig’) Sharman.
It’s all on a first come first served basis and it’s no good phoning as tickets CAN NOT be reserved on the phone…… £25 a ticket.
