I fished it on Sunday. Our club had pegs 50 – 85.
It blew a basket all day from left to right or vice versa depending on which side of arm you was on. Peg 85 won, fishing pellet down to the corner with 39lb odd about 50 little stockie carp. I was on peg 83 and had 20lb (18 carp and a few skimmers and roach). Caught a few on method hard 6mm pellet or bomb and hard 6mm to start. then really struggled. caught a few down the middle later on, i had been flicking a few 4 & 6mm pellets there all day.
A few of the others on our match had a few at start then struggled. wind got stronger as day went on.
There were a few mid 30’s between peg 62 – 73.
Bloke on peg 2 was catching steady for most of day, not sure what he had as they started before us and finished after us.
3 blokes in a line between about 36 – 46 would have all had about 50 – 80lb ish.
Tried meat, nothing on that. couple of people caught on worm (high 20’s).
Most of our lot fished bomb/method as not much choice due to wind.
