Hi all

I’ve got a club match on loco lake in 2 weeks and wondered if any one had fished it recently any info would be well appreciated i understand there is a small island to chuck to if you draw those pegs but what about open water pegs e.g pole or wagg baits depths etc

Hi Ken fished Loco lake twice this year pleasure fishing, both times skimmers up to 2 pounds were very active. Its a cracking lake and dont be afraid to attack it with what you are best at. personally i would not look too far out with a pellet approach and dont be frightened to look shallow very early Not had chance to fish near island but i would not dismiss groundbait feeder especially if the weather is poor as the lake is open to the elements good luck
