        Welcome to the new forum.

        We’ve upgraded to make the forum and the site in general much more search engine friendly and so that we can develop the site much more easily in the future. The old site and forum was out of date and expensive to develop.

        You will have lost your PM messages, but your usernames and accounts should have carried across.

        You can log in by using the log in facility top left of the site, using your username and password. If you haven’t tried to log in since the site upgrade you may need to use the password reset function to get a new password.

        Just use the ‘forgotten password’ link on the login page, enter your username and email address, further instructions will be sent to you.

        If you are struggling – just email [email protected] . We’ll get back as soon as we can.

          hi, i could,nt log in on my user name or my email address, also password would not work. how do i get my old user name [daddyjoe] to work.

            Is there a ‘Remember Me’ function?
            At the moment I have to Log In every time I visit. 🙁

              pete ,don’t log in using the top left link instead goto the bottom of any page and click on the “The Team” link because your not logged in yet it’ll take you too the log in screen with the “remember me” check box ,you could try the “Delete all board cookies” link first .

                Steve I did that, but had to change my password, which went OK, however it still logs me out after each visit, and now I can’t log in through the “Team Link” as it won’t accept the new password. However using the top left link allows me to log on using my new password, something is amiss somewhere. 😡

                  try logging in using the top left link but with your e-mail addy instead of user name ,and your password ,thats how i got my log in sorted .

                    I’ve made a fair few changes to how the site logins work, the old site login is more or less gone, it all uses the forum login as a master now.

                    The old site login is still there, just more behind the scenes, it is still needed for things like the sites comment system.

                    The one caveat of all this is that people who haven’t logged in (or just haven’t been able to) since the upgrade will have to do a password reset.

                    If you are having problems with the login itself not doing anything. Make sure to click the ‘delete all board cookies’ link before trying again.
