My favourite long range feeder rod is the Garbolino Super G distance, but for that job you might want to look a the Preston Dutch Master 13ft 8in… i think they also do a 14ft 2in.

Red Army off this site is selling two brand new 14ft King feeder rods at £80 each
              This price is a steal
I use these up at loch ken for long range feeder fishing
The action is perfect for what you want

Never had a problem with my garbo distance feeder, easy chuck 90 turns on a big pit reel with 65gram. Having only held and not fished with the King feeder you can tell they are powerful rods but I thought they were heavy in the hand.

Much depends on the weight of the feeder needed. Here in Holland one of the canals I often fish needs at least 50 grams to stay put. The big rivers here in Holland, Rhine and Waal need weights up to 150 grams.

For the weights up to and around 100-120 grams the tricast triune is great. I myself use a triune copy in the form of a colmic WR9. The preston Dutch Masters are also excellent.

I also have a Garboline Distance Power feeder which I don’t like. The handle is too short to have a good push pull action.

If you want the best you should try the Hardy Marksman 13ft extreme feeder.

I´m currently using a Colmic WR9, and Colmic Dorado, but the WR9 is to stiff for my liking, and the Dorado not enough punch.
