Could you blame me??
The tidal last year was simply unbelievable. The sheer number of bream and skimmers that were coming out was a big surprise, it wasnt uncommon to require 40lb plus to frame in most matches when there was a big tide and on those days you could catch over 20lb from any peg. even when the river wasnt right for the skimmers you could still catch weights of barbel & bream. Lets just hope this year is as good as last year.
The comforting thing is that the festival and all the teams of 4 are being fished on very big tides, so we could see some very impressive weights.
