Making pole bushes from car filler !

  Heres a blast from the past, who remembers when they used to make pole bushes from plugs of car filler that were set and lathed in the drill ?

  no anthony i just used a crook.lol 😮 😮 they were the days eh.fourteen years old and fishing every day during school hols 😉 😉 😉

  load this was the demise of crooks, i used to use a crook they were crap, i reckon the person who invented the crook was a crook !

  yep ant.can once remember drawing next to kevin ashurst on the witham and asking him wheres your crook?(he was the first person i ever saw using internal elastic).he went on to pulverise the section with 7lb of roach on bloodworm.(he was the first person i ever saw using bloodworm too) 😎 😎 😎 😎

  its amazing what you pick up,i watched a very good angler fishing waggler with corn about half depth and he was slaughtering everyone and winning every match, he was the first match angler i ever heard of hairigging that was in 2000
