map 625 spares?

really a question for map mike, as I have a mate who is not on the net but has a problem having bought a 625 pole the number 4 section broke in normal use so was handed back for the tackle dealer to return to map for inspection, I gather my mate also orderred a short 4th and another no 4 as back up however this all occured around 2 months ago and he is still waiting for the spares to turn up all this time he has been unable to use the pole?

I said I would put this on the Tf site as I know Mike is a top geezer and will able to give us an update on the state of spare 4th’s for the 625.

Fred, I need more information to resolve this issue like the name of the retailer etc. Can you send me a PM, and I will get it resolved.

Just for the record, we have short number 4 sections in stock, and have had for some months. The Long number 4 sections where in stock until the 25th of this month, but are now out of stock. There are more on the way……

Mike, I spoke to dennis’s wife and she said they has received a phone call from his tackle dealer today saying he has the replaced 4th section for the one which broke in normal useage, however I will send you all the facts and other issues.den’s not a t home at the mo and will ring me on his return to give me the gen, Many thanks for replying top drawer as usual,many thanks Fred
