Meat or pellet for F1’s ?

        Evening gents,

        Just wondering what influences your decision when choosing either bait when targeting F1’s Shallow? I usually use pellets due to the noise etc combined with slapping but when would you fish meat instead and why?

          personally, shallow, i would stick with pellet as its more durable, i might fish meat just of bottom, lifting and dropping though.
