I agree Kagger. Apologies for being a killjoy as it is not the guys fault who caught it and I am sure this is someones magic moment but it looks an ugly distorted shape. Beatiful fish tincas but that looks bloated rather than healthy.

I think it looks fantastic – odd, but fantastic.
It’s a female Tench and she looks just heaving with spawn – about 3lb’s worth!
For a female fish to make it to that colossal size is well impressive, and to be a fully fledged breeding fish of that maturity must be fantastic for the water where it lives.
Dont you think that we are all used of seeing fish that are alot smaller, which makes this baby look so odd?
