TF_herbiei’d rather watch stoke reserves~naughty boring bunch of diving/whinging pre madona’s would’nt last 5 minutes in the premiership. ronaldo needs to come back he’s a shadow of the player he was. thats the problem playing in a substandard league , much like rangers and celtic they only play proper games once in a blue moon. so therefor look good against donkey,s. barca are a class side but real??? would,nt finish mid table over here.~sick

TF_carpmagicParticipantAs good as messi is both teams were a disgrace last night. I havent seen diving and play acting like that for years. Its a shame as barcelona are a fantastic side and dont need to resort to those pathetic tactics and let themselves down by doing so. As much as im no mourinho fan i do agree with some of his comments regarding sendings off against barca, last nights for instance was a joke.

totally agree.it’s about time the ref’s showed some backbone and dished a few cards out for mouthing off,i reckon after a few red cards they might realise they need to keep it shut and play the game.

TF_drawbag1967He’s good but not as good as this little genius, Maradona.

TF_JohnHI didnt watch the game but am not surprised by the comments. When were things any different? Ronaldo in his PL days conned many free kicks and then executed some fantastic strikes to score, however he cheated. Most players are the same, conning referees to gain advantage. The most blatant was when Kaka was sent off in the world cup for nothing.
They all moan when it goes against them but they all do it just the same, some are just more theatrically convincing than others.
I agree about Maradona but he punched one in against us and never owned up even though it was obvious to everyone, who do these guys think they are?
I want to see honesty but gave up on that years ago so do not bother anymore. -

TF_Waveney OneFell asleep after 15 minutes but was fortunate enough to wake up briefly for Messi’s brilliant second goal. Didn’t see the sending off or the half time scuffle until this morning. Disgraceful game that I am sad to say is down to Mourinho, who I love to see on TV and is a brilliant manager.
Last night his tactics let down football and his team. They led to the farce that made me fall asleep when I was looking forward to the game all day. I would have thought that he was big enough to have accepted the blame the display but he isn’t. Some of his points especially about the Chelsea game were correct but were not relevant to last night, Real Madrid got what they deserved.

TF_drawbag1967It’s taken at least 10 years hard graft from the coaching staff at Barca to get this team to play the way they do and everyone expects Mourinho to walk in and wave a magic wand, what Mourinho is brilliant at is getting every last drop out of his players, last week I saw Ronaldo chasing after lost causes with 80 minutes on the clock something even Fergie could not get him to do.
When he was Chelsea manager he made Terry and Lampard feel and play like they were the best players on the planet since his departure there decline has been alarming especially Lampard.
Why is it in this country we love to have a dig at winners, he’ll have the last laugh he always does. -

Frank Lampard has not been fit for most of the season and is 3 1/2 years older than he was when Mourinho resigned. Don’t get me wrong Mourinho is a brilliant manager but that was one big mistake yesterday from beginning to end. We all make them.

TF_DodgeMessi almost as good David Silva , his work rate isnt as good plus he isnt proven in the English premiership ….. no wonder Messi has scored 50 plus goals this season the defences in La Liga are on a par with the Scottish prem. Garbage match last night both sides “spoiling” tactics a disgrace , i almost felt sorry for the ref but on reflection Barca are UEFA and Platini`s babes so no chance whatsoever of a Barca player being sent off ! Man Utd be warned in the Champions League final but i am very sure Sir Alex plum nose knows what he is up against ….. Barca will deffo have 12 men !
