Tony,

loads of small F1’s (4-10oz) & chublets (2-4oz) which soon build a weight in Holbar 1. A lot less smaller fish in Holbar 2. Caster & 4mm expander catches everything but if you want to target the bigger fish, either method or pellet waggler tight across but use at least an 8mm (better if 10 or even 12mm) lasood pellet so you don’t get “pestered” by smaller fish.

It’s hard to tell you what to go for as 4 big fish could get you 60lb if they are feeding. If you target smaller fish, you may struggle to get 60lb unless you have a lot of space and can keep the smaller fish feeding all day…

Can you post how you get on as i’ve got a few days off work coming up and i’m trying to decide on where to go for a day of pleasuring

Im planning on having a few hours on Holbar 2 this weekend/Monday. Will let you know how i get on but i expect to catch on paste over 6 ml pellets. Also, on bomb and 8 ml pellet or maybe the method. Holbar 1 is a little more iffy as there are a lot more small fish to target but less lumps. Dave D,s info is spot-on for Holbar 1.
