pole section help needed

  ive been having a clear out and found some pole sections and i havent a clue what there for,there silver in colour like the maver suncore finish and they have numbers on the sections which are no4,S QB2 and the female joint measures 27mm and the no3,s JE3 and the female joint measures19mm and there made by reglass,any clues anyone,cheers lee
