I’ve got a match there this week, never seen the place and there doesn’t seem to be much chatter about it on the forums so any up to date info would be welcome.

Canal best pegs 11,17,18.24,25,The best way is punched bread at half depth over to the reeds with no feed. just keep dobbing at intervals around the peg.Alternatively pellet or meat on the deck will catch on most pegs.Long island worm over pellet or chop worm and caster tight over 18m.Try and feed once you have hooked one as this tends not to spook them. Also keep feeding casters on top 3 line have a shallow rig about 2 ft deep you will see them roach and rudd with the odd carp and crucians.its possible to get 80lb.Best pegs 20,21 1,3,7.if a few anglers in a row go on the method this tends to get the fish to back off, have a line about 14.5m about 5ft deep.Theres plenty of carp small barbel and chub up to 4lb to go at.it is possible to win anywhere depending which way the wind blows.
