Praise for Fox Customer Service

  Just thought i would post about the fantastic customer service from Fox.You read lots of horror stories from various companys.
  I had the brass insert for the internal leg of my MSB Box brake.I Emailed Fox customer support from their web site,this was answered within a hour asking me to ring them.I posted the leg Monday and it was returned Wednesday morning.
  Thanks to Paul Moring and all at Fox customer service.

  must be a first. I emailed them half a dozen times phoned about the same when the blocks on my footplate broke, never got a reply, fox have a reputation for being the worst customer service in the industry!!!!

  no i must say how good they where for me when my leg did the same good on them lets hope the rest do the same one day top marks go to FOX and mark parlard who works for fox ginger

  Sorry but i have to agree with those who say Fox customer service leaves a lot to be desired,i have been waiting for a replacement spirit level and some catches that i have offered to pay for, i have received nothing and my e mails ignored and this has been going on for nearly 3 months,i have given up now and doubt if i will be buying any more Fox stuff to be honest.
