match in a couple of weeks info please lads Been today never got out of van(wuss I know) i have been told maggot scores up in the water for mainly silvers in a match situation any info gratefully recieved

the only info i have is to fill it in and sit for skimmers on the pole. Fished it once, about 3 years ago. Hope this helps.

thanks lump its a bit all or nowt method, i am having a day on wednesday so i am starting with my favorite chop caster, work it out from that point

Feed a margin line for the carp and barbel, maggot/caster on pole or waggler for roach, floaters by the islands if carp are showing on surface leger if not with meat,corn or bread. There are some good bream in but never known a match won with them though odd ones might show. Deepest at car park end. Evening matches usually won with double figures but have topped 40 when the carp have got their heads down.
