        Need some help, I’ve had a very expensive Preston PVC umbrella for about 18 months, hardly used but the “slide” that goes up and down the main pole and holds the arms has snapped around the arm connection (the bit where they wrap the flimsy bit of wire round to hold it all together) I’m loathed to buy yet another brolly so want to try and fix it, anyone had any experience of these going? or got a mail adress for Preston?
