Just follow your local council wagon with grass cuttings/leaves etc, when you find where the “dump” is thats where the redworms will be.

The other option, tho’ you’d have to wait a while, is to buy a composter. Put you’re waste vegetable matter and fruit in it, and within a year you’ll have as many as you’ll ever need for the hook, and you can put them back in if you don’t use them.

Used them last month for their red worms. They were actually small dendras but were excellent and caught me loads of bream in Holland at a match.

Got 2000 posted to Ireland for about £30, service was excellent (48 hour delivery) and the worm was hardy. They survived a van journey to Holland. 1000 will do any angler over a weeks fishing as hookers.

get your wellies and rubber gloves and find the nearest stables, you’ll get enough in not too much time for a couple of quid.
