Less than £200k in question…. Trial cost £8m!

What a staggering waste of money 😮

Famous , wealthy people who can afford the very best legal team almost always get found not guilty . Portsmouth FC on the other hand is yet again facing closure ……. so where really did all Portsmouth FC money go ?

The problem i had with that trial is that Harry must have paid millions in tax over the years and so would the other geezer.
For the amount in question, in conjunction with the amount that the court case was gonna cost, why the hell did’nt all the parties get together and hammer out a solution?
Or is that just to simple?

Because Redknapp wanted to establish his innocence and the legal profession wanted their usual take to enable him to do so.

No wonder they love yuman rites legislation!

The HMRC bureaucrat on BBC News announced that they were obliged to investigate offshore banking activities.

Maybe a gander at the advantageous setup that the Guardian enjoys would be beneficial.
