Anyone hoping to get a good deal on a TDR 3012(£115) dont bother,been waiting 15 days for mine,communication very poor and i would`nt use them again.

Like wise I’ll never use him again. Still waiting for him to swap the rod he sent wrong 5 weeks ago, after taking over a week to send it first.. He’ll have ya dosh!!! ~naughty ~naughty

I found very negative feedback helps the situation as disputes etc effect there cashflow through paypal . I found when I left negative feedback albeit not with reel deal the guy couldn’t have been more helpfull and I ended up with 2 kids scooters for the price of one.

I was actually going to buy some more TDR’s from them but it seems in the last months they’ve had over 40 people give negative feedback. Think i’ll pay the extra £20 somewhere else and know i’m actually going to get the item.

but it does make me realise how lucky i am to live by Fosters.

I have bought from them before without any problems but it just seems lately they had alot of poor feedback!

yeah ive had a few dealings with em and not had any problems with em!

but if you can just buy from your local tackle shop, i know a few guys live a long way from the tackle shops but you must go for bait etc
and for a few quid extra its godda be worth it?
and if they dont stock it ask, i do…
then if he says he cant get it then i use fleabay…..

Just a quick update….

Told me twice he had dispatched the reel~naughty

I opened a dispute through ebay and asked for a full refund which he has done without an apology….

So for almost 3 weeks he lied about dispatching the reel….

Stay clear..

Hi Kev,

I have purchased many items from R.D including TDR reels myself…… i have never had a problem with them and over the years i have saved LOADS of money!!!

I have just had a similar problem tho with another ebay tackle shop…. I ordered two Preston Items, three weeks later they had not turned up, i was told all sorts of stories by the seller, everything but the truth “THEY WERE NOT IN STOCK”!!

On a different note Kev your reel will be with you B4 1pm tomorrow mate!!!!

They’re rubbish, took a couple of months for something I bought for them to finally arrive, I also got a full refund-happy days ~clap
