        Hi all,
        I’ve got a ‘pink chit’ from the Missus to have 4 days away in a couple of weeks. 🙂
        I intend to take my fishing gear, golf clubs and paraglider (not to use at the same time!)
        I really fancy some river action (fishing an Open would be a bonus). Any/all advice on an ‘in-form’ stretch anywhere in the UK would be greatly appreciated.

          You could do worse than a Saturday open on the river Yare in Norfolk. Bream and skimmers on the feeder with the odd roach or roach on a pole. Play the Wensum Valley Golf Course and jump off a cliff at Hopton with the paraglider.

              Thanks for you replies guys.

              I think I’m looking for some stick/wag fun for roach and chub…… Can anyone tell me if the Severn is worth a go at the moment?
