        got a match on here soon , i have a preston carbonactive 13ft pellet wag and a drennan 11ft method rod , will these rods cope with the size of fish in here or do i need to buy new ?

          Andy those 2 rods will be fine last time I went I used my Carbonactive 12ft feeder rod with the thickest tiptop and 6lb progold line I never snapped on that

              I used 6lb pro gold last year & had no problems playing & landing the fish however due to go there again soon & will probably step up to 8 lb.

                    tes they have its just a knock up really between some mates , more of a fish count 🙂
