skimmer- white bumpy spots

Caught a skimmer today that had white spots on its back. Is this some sort of disease ?

That explains it. Thought it might have been, but as id normally be playing rugby this time of year ive never really seen fish while spawning.

I guess my knee injury has been of some good lol
