More to the point what was the real reason why this long standing sponcership has come to an end, too many individual sponcership deals featuring other companies? Why does the Angling Times name Glenn Lawrence as the captain I thought it was Andy Sellers?

Be nice, to see tri-cast becoming involved with them again – as the major quality english owned and manufactured and pretty local regional company.
They had a pretty good historical partnership team record as well.

I’D LOVE TO SPONSOR BARNSLEY ~sick but as a sponsor outside of the sport what would barnsley bring to me as investment~think this is the problem now in our sport sponsorship for team fishing has to come from within the sport the tackle trade~sick ~sick where is team fishing at the moment ~sick ~sick I’d say rock bottom
until we have a governing[top match anglers] body that sets out a competitive calendar for team fishing it will never draw outside sponsorship at this level
top teams need a competitive league and at this point competition sponsors should be found ~think what are your thoughts
