We all have a moan (myself included) but never seem to find the time to sing praises.
Went to Solihull Angling today as i was working round the corner. I dont normally go there as i use Fosters, which is just up the road from where i drop the missus off at work, 3 times a week.
Was made to feel very welcome and had a good chat with the two blokes in there. A reassuring “recession proof” attitude towards the customer goes a long way in my book.
