Not much to look at this place, but full of fish!! Meat short and down the edge is the norm pellet/meat shallow worth a try maybe pelly wag. keep the feed going in can be slow to start then last couple of hours they can really switch on, big fish too 8-10lb avg so gear up!! middle of the grass bank are usally flyers, 150/200lb wanted to win 😀 😀 😀

Paste can work at 5 -7m feeding pellet. The reeds swim top left hand corner can be a flyer if the wind is blowing into it. Feed loads. Pellet waggler out to the aerator, as already said may take time. On the opposite grass bank you can catch close in on pellet or meat, top 2.
The nearside bank where you come in, the concrete bank, can be hard. Don’t know why as its got lots of reeds along it.

There are lots of skimmers and bream in there too. Won’t win a match but worth catching.

This is as up to date as possible, there has been an explosion of small fish. Meat in 8mm and corn are the baits at the moment, Corner pegs will always catch down the edge after about 2/3 hrs especially the trough ( easy to see ). If it is calm start on meat shallow at 14m around 2 ft deep, feed a corn line at 5ft deep.As mentioned the fish will average 7lbs.

what line are the skimmers on as it appears that it takes a while for the carp to come to the party so my initial plan is to fish for skimmers for a couple of hours then go from that point

You will catch some at 5ft deep which is normally about 4m out, no need to target them they will show on the carp lines. The carp are 7lb each and there is a very good chance of a few 10lb fish.
