Anyone else having trouble connecting to the Talk Angling website, I seem to remember a problem last year with o2 customers only, am on plusnet myself and havent been able to connect for 2 weeks.

Ok, I continually get timed out, the page can not be displayed appears eventually. I have even tried accessing the site through Google but with the same outcome.

I am on Chrome so I tried explorer and still the same. I have done all the obvious things like clear cache and cookies but to no avail, it must be something to do with Plusnet I reckon

Nothing to do with plusnet…Just lately I am getting the same problem with T/A (I use BT broadband) ..just keeps getting timed out…even though I can access this and any other site with no issues.

Click Start

In the Run (if Windows 7 “Search”) box type in CMD and press Enter

In the Command Line Interpreter window that opens type in IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS & press Enter

Close window & then retry

If you can visit some sites but not others it usually is a DNS Resolver Issue that the above should fix if that is the problem.

D.W….I just did that…but still no joy with that particular site

Just had an email from Plusnet support, they said exactly as above, try flushing the DNS cache. I’m afraid that’s a fail too. Oh well at least I know its not just me !!

I’ve been having problems for a while now, very rarely am I able to get on it.

Just tried now and get…..The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading
