TF_Rhino16 standard package – 3 spare match 4s, 2 power kits, 2 short 4’s and a dolly butt.
3 years old, being well looked after with only very light superficial marks on the 13m section and an odd very small notch on a couple of female sections. One of the spare 4’s has a professional repair where I discovered a small crack (manufacturing fault).
you can choose between the match kits with light lacky and vespe bushes on the No1’s or generic kits with a mixture of hydro / latex/ some with pull bungs.
Looking for £1100 – these are still over £2K new.
Pm or phone me 07798 725480.
cheers

TF_Rhinoforgot to add I have a selection of other top kits that I can sell with the pole or separately once it is sold – I’ll post details later as decision to sell is a spur of the moment decision.

TF_craigmi’d have to say get the G10 mate, i got one 4 weeks ago and a pal of mine got the 774. he has so far had a no5 explode in general use. so he sent in his joker card for a new no5 only to have the no6 in general use go and is now looking at £650 for a new one and 4 weeks wait. he has now decided to get CCR to repair the no6 then sell it and get a G10 as he has lost all confidence in it. the G10 is also much stiffer and better balanced in my and his opinion. tery unreliable back-up service.he colmic 5000x looks the dogs bo***cks but not a very good spares package and been told very hit and miss back-up service.

TF_RhinoI should have put the dolly butt on the sensas to get a fairer comparison given the G10’s longer length.
Are the power kits ok on the garbo or is it best to ru with the top 2 of a match kit?
cheers

TF_craigmpower kits are spot on, because of the great rigidity of the pole overall the addition of the power kits does not really alter the pole or balance even when threaded with no18 elastic. i should say the G10 does feel slightly heavier than some others but this is due to the increased rigidity causing slightly more down force.(hell i sound like a magazine article) i got a G10 to replace my shimano aspire pro which was good but not as good as the G10 imho.

TF_RhinoHi Craig
the G10 does feel rigid, though as you say its heavier than most other flagship poles. I only really noticed this at 16 though which I only fish rarely.
Must admit I’m v tempted….
will be pricing up later today before heading to old trafford for the rugby – come on Rhinos!

TF_pointassisterI chat with a lot of people who fish the Somerton Viaduct who have invested in a Sensas 774. Initially they have found it to be a great pole but have over time experienced similar problems and are now trying to get rid.

TF_catch22ParticipantI fished next to somone today on a canal match with a 774 and he broke a number 4 cupping in, he said that it was the second in two weeks. He only had the Small Preston cup on so there was not very much weight on the pole either.
Maybe a general fault??
