The fish are feeding well in the warm weather with 120lb+ winning matches and being caught by pleasure anglers. Corn/paste in the margins, red maggot and pellet at 8m have been the best baits with dead maggot against the islands for big common and mirror carp.
Top Pool
Good bags of f1 carp, bream, tench, roach and perch have been had off every peg with maggot or pellet being the best bait.Bottom Pool
Corn in the margins for big common, mirror and he odd ghost carp. Paste & pellet out for f1 carp and bream with maggot for silverfish.House Pool
Paste in the margins has been catching some big weights. Pellet on the bottom at 6m or maggot up in the water for f1 carp and silverfish.Extension pool
Pellet at 4-10m for carp, bream, tench and roach.New Pool
Fish to the island with pellet up in the water in the shallows. Maggot up in the water at 8m for silverfish and f1 carp.Canal Pool
Maggot up in the water for roach, bream, golden rudd, perch and tench. Corn in the margins has also been producing well with carp and barbel showing well. A 5½ lb barbel was caught in a match this week.Club Pool
