All pools have continued to fish well with all baits going. 100lb+ weights a plenty by both match and pleasure anglers. The extension is fishing particularly well at the moment, with Club, Canal and Jenny’s still all responding to paste for the larger f1’s, commons and mirrors.

        Top Pool
Maggot feeder to the island for plenty of f1’s going up to 3lb.
Pole at 6-8m on the pellet for f1 carp and large bags of silvers.
Corn over pellet and alternating with pellet itself down the edges using the top two sections.
Pleasure anglers have reported back large bags of silver fish to 80lb.

        Bottom Pool
Method feeder with dead red maggot is still producing large mirrors and common carp up to 14lb.
Pellet and corn at 6m to 8m has been producing f1’s, mirrors and common carp.
Paste and corn at 3m down the edges for large mirrors and common carp.
Maggot and chopped worm on the deck for silver fish. Large perch are now starting to show with perch being caught up to 2.5lb.

        House Pool
Dead red maggot feeder to the island has been producing good bags of mirrors and commons.
Caster at 8m on the deck has been producing large bags of silverfish and f1 carp, with the fish coming shallow in the afternoon.
Paste and meat over hemp down the edges late on in the session has been tempting large mirrors and commons to 10lb with f1 carp up to 4lb.
Pellet at 6m or 8m down for mixed bags of f1’s bream, roach and carp.

        Extension pool
Pellet to the island has been producing f1’s, mirrors and common carp.
Meat over hemp or pellet over both at 8m to 10m or down the edges late on in the session has been producing large bags of silvers, mirrors, f1 carp and bream.
Caster at 4m to 6m up in the water with constant feeding has been catching large bags of f1 carp, skimmers and roach. Pete Rice used this method too successfully to beat off the competition and win Saturdays open match with a weight of 157-2.

        New Pool
Congratulations to Paul Yates who won the Sunday open match with 88-12. He used white maggot at 8m and down the edges for f1 carp to 1.5lb, roach and skimmers t 10-12oz.
Fish are still being caught on most baits, but with the weather changing, pellet and maggot at 8m and down the edges are the best baits.

        Canal Pool
Meat over hemp down the edges has been tempting larger f1’s which are being followed in by bigger carp.
Paste is still performing at 6m down the track and down the edges for mirrors and common carp.
Caster, maggot or small cubes of meat down the edge have tempted the barbel up to 2lb to feed, with pleasure anglers reporting bags of 80-100lb this week.
Pellet or maggot shallow at 10m is not to be ignored as it has also produced up in the water late on in the sessions.

        Club Pool
Method feeder with dead red maggot to the island for large mirrors, f1’s and common carp.
Paste down the track and down the edges for the larger f1’s.
Pellet, maggot or corn at 8m and 4m straight in front for stockies, bream to 4lb, tench and roach.
Barbel are showing up to 2lb down the edges on maggot and chopped worm over hemp.

        Jenny’s Pool
Pellet shallow at 6m has produced weights by pleasure anglers of 80lb to 100lb. The fish are being caught up in the water mid way through the session.
Method to the island with corn or meat.
Paste down the track and on the first shelf.
Small cubes of meat on the first shelf have tempted the barbel.
In general, most baits are going on this lake.
