All pools are fishing well with lots of carp, bream, roach, tench, perch and barbel showing on all pools. Pellet and red maggot have been the best baits with the fish coming up in the water on warmer days.
Top Pool
Lots of carp against the island to maggot feeder. Pellet on pole line for carp and bream. Maggot for silverfish.Bottom Pool
Bread fished on the bottom for big common carp in the margins and against the islands with the waggler. Maggot or pellet on pole lines for f1 carp and silverfish.House Pool
Pellet at 6m for all silvers and f1 carp. Maggot with open ended feeder for big carp.House 2/Extension Pool
Red Maggot on 6m pole line for roach, bream, perch, f1 carp and tench. Pellet on the inside for the odd big carp. 118lb won the match on Wednesday.New Pool
Quite a few chub on the roadside pegs along with f1 carp, bream and tench, fishing at 2-8m. Waggler to the islands are also producing big weights.Canal Pool
Red maggot for f1 & f2 carp, common carp, roach, golden rudd, rudd, perch, barbel, and bream. Fish are at 2m-6m or 12m up and down in the water. 100lb caught by pleasure anglers this week on the roadside pegs.Club Pool
Maggot/pellet in the margins at 6m and 14m fished up or down in the water for some big bream, f1 & f2 carp, common carp, roach, perch, barbel, tench and rudd.RESULTS FOR OPEN CONTESTS
