        Hi,

        my son and I have just caught 2 fresh atlantic salmon off the Hampshire avon.

        I captured these images on my new head cam.

        My son Jared ( 17) caught his last Monday – first ever salmon

          they dont half scrap well,nice fish

            yes – they do.

            last year i had even large fish that scrapped twice as hard – wish I had my head cam to record the jumps and explosive runs.

            the avon holds very large fish – 2 seasons ago we had a fish of 32lbs.

            I think the record avon salmon is appropaching 50lbs
