  Don’t take the pittle lads….I used to be a big old boy, and with my missus nagging me about my weight and shape after looking at some old photo’s, the time has come to set the big garage up as a Gym as well as a tackle store..!

  Smith Machine….must be good nick and safe..!
  
  7 ft Olympic Bar with collars…
  
  Free weights….loads as I’ll need them..!
  
  Dumbells…..whatever..

  Scone stuff the weights just get on ya push bike you’ll lose loads and then just super set with some press-ups when you get in and your back there again lad.

  Scone,i will keep my eyes peeled on the local(Nottm)freecycle,gym stuff quite often comes up,no guarantees whether i get it when asking, but i can only ask+i can drop it off in the van as your localish.
