Try Protak Clothing mate. I had a set of jacket and trousers off them this year
          for about £70.cannot fault them.

I have the G-Max Bib & Brace.Well made fully water proof. The only reason i got them is they make them up to 4xl.
Cut Nut posted a site that does very cheap gortex jackets and trousers recently.Scroll down a bit and check them out looked very good.

I’d be really careful with clothing if i was you. It really is a case of you get what you pay for.
Chances are if you buy cheap you will regret it. Keeping dry, warm and comfortable is absolutely vital as there is no way you will compete otherwise.

In most cases i would totally agree with baitchef HOWEVER………….

                There are exceptions.

Protak is excellent quality, WATERPROOF & WONT BREAK THE BANK!!!!!

I’ve never used anything from Protac, so cant really comment, except to say that i know a lot of guys rate it very highly. I’ve used the same set of Berghause performance gore tex trousers and jacket for the past 7 years, and its been faultless. Ive often used the jacket when i’m not fishing and cant rate it enough really, its easily going to last me another 7 years, although i must add i don’t use it very often, and certainly nowhere near as much as a pro angler would. I really rate the gore tex as well. If I was serious about my fishing i would probably invest in Halkun Hunt or the sensas gore tex. I’m not sure about the new sensas gear but the older stuff was very well padded as well as, so it was also warm as well as dry.

The Protak Gear is first rate and I’ve had several sets made up for myself and my lads.

Recently, I spotted an absolute top rate bargain from http://www.thistlegarments.co.uk for some Goretex Jacket and overtrousers originally made for the Royal Navy and are brand new unissued and made by Thistle. They have proven to be so popular with other anglers on here with whom I shared the info, that Thistle have all but run out in the popular sizes.

THose that have seen it and bought have realised that sometimes you can get lucky. A complete set was £90. They are unlined but made of Goretex material that is tougher than the berghaus rambler paclite and just as good if not better than HH.

If you look further down the postings you will still find the original posting and Thistle Garments post indicating that they may well be offering bespoke goretex as the response from this forum and others has taken them aback.

Lets hope they do bring out a line to compete with expensive HH as there has long been a need for some alternative Goretex for us anglers and outdoors types.

Yes baitchef you do get what you pay for most of the time but occasionally there are better alternatives to be had if you are willing to turn your back on the crowd. 😀

Been using Protak for a couple of seasons now and its never let me down, never ever fish with a brolly in all weathers and it keeps me dry.

Just my humble opinion but goretex is goretex !!! Different thicknesses yes but all GUARANTEED to keep you DRY. Thats not manufacturers (ie HH or Berghaus) but Mr goretex himself.
Keeping warm and dry are two seperate issues. Cant beat a good base layer combined with a waterproof outer shell. Personally i would buy a brand like Berghaus for goretex as it is not only cheaper but probably outsells all fishing related made goretex products.
Plus the fact that i dont like parting with my hard earned easily !!
I know a few old boys that have very similar products to cutnuts fantastic posted deal.
All are very happy when it rains and no one can tell if they have pissed themselves !!!
Wont mention names for fear of a good kicking !!!

The drawback to the paclite thinner versions is that they are not as durable given the kind of abuse fishermen and wildfowlers dish out. Waterproof without doubt but they wont from my own experience tolerate constant mechanical wear and tear. 😎

Ive had my Berghaus paclites for 2 years.
But you must remember im a fair weather fisherman and only fish once a week !!!
Youre right saying that paclite is not really suitable for proper anglers !!!
I will have some from that deal you posted like a shot, as soon as mine rip
                                when i fart.
