Wetlands info needed ( nr Retford )

Hi,

i am due to fish a match at Wetlands next week and i am in need of any info regarding the fishery.

What methods and baits are needed etc?

Any info would be gretafully recieved.

I’d start on the pellet feeder, either to the island if you draw it or in open water, then loosefeed 6mm pellets on the 14.5M pole line for fishing up in the water or sometimes on the deck, only about 4ft deep. Often best to use a long line when fishing shallow if it’s calm and can often mug a few big uns and meat is best for that. Waggler also worth setting up is the fish are beyond pole range.
