TF_GavinThe Drennan Extra Strong Carp is as good as anything for the money at about £40. I don’t see the need to spend any more than that TBH!

TF_GLEBE1I’ve had the Airity a while now and I’m really chuffed with it, gives me the option of a really long handle if I need it, but it comes into its own when using the last 2 sections it’s super strong, I’ve lifted some massive fish with no problems, that in itself isn’t a big deal as I’ve had handles capable of lifting a small child in the past but they were heavy and sloppy and I wasn’t in control of the net head!
The Airity is really light and unbelievably stiff, there’s no flex whatsoever when mugging fish which helps netting them at the first attempt. That justifies the extra cost for me 🙂

TF_wangerI have used the garbolino netsy 366 for around 3 yrs now and it is superb.great without the small diameter top section for carp and with it fitted superb for silver.the beauty of this handle is that you can buy a 1 metre extension if you want a longer handle.

TF_wangerBy the way for 2012 garbolino have added a new handle called gmax h1 which is more costly and stiffer.

TF_craigmAnother vote for the Garbolino Netsy 366. I do also have a MAP cfs handle I’ve had for years and its indestructable, I actually drove over it the other year and thought it would have been ruined but it just got pushed into the soil and didn’t even crack.

TF_Johnny MacDrennan Ex Strong for me… I bought the Tri Cast a couple of years ago, 2 weeks before I went to WA’s but when I got down there they had a Drennan in the shop. Picked it up, had a waggle and bought it. Gave the Tri Cast to my brother….
Well, sold it to him 😀 -

TF_jwbI use the Drennan Xtra strong and imo unbeatable.
I have just won a browning hybrid mugger landing net and handle and for the price (cheaper than the drennan) this too is a excelent piece of equipment -
