Which hook for straight lead fishing 4 carps

Which hook would you reccomend for straight lead fishing, more than likely i use a hair rigged band or quickstop, for carp fishing.

Have you tried the new stronger versions of the 36? You get the same hook but in a heavier wire gauge, which I’m glad preston have brought out

I’m not sure, I have used the ones in the new packaging. Very good hook. I have tried a few patterns from different brands and the PR36 was the most consistent with the old dragging across the back of your hand to see if it catches trick.

PR38 chris same as PR36 in shape just thicker wire, so a bit stronger.

I Have them, but they only go down to a sz16

Tried a few different sorts but i keep going back to the PR36’s,haven’t found anything better yet.
