        Which Shimano 4000? – Front Drag (Stella,Technium,Stradic) or Rear Drag (Twin Power C14 TRI,Stradic).
        This is for feeder fishing on the Yare, Bure, Wensum for Bream using a Preston Dutch Master River Rod 12’8″.

          Save some money ! and get an Exage 4000 RD
          I have 2 of these + 2 3000 RD for the waggler.
          Excellent reels, never let me down.

            A shimano Rarenium CI4 FA 4000 or 5000 unless you want a faster retrieve in which case a stradic.
