No surprise to see Steve Waters doing well, a top notch angler on silvers. I benefitted from drawing next to him at Gold a few years ago and what i learnt that day about feeding joker for the skimmers stood me in good stead for a couple of winters therafter.

Unfortunately Steve blanked today.

I believe only one other angler caught in his section and won that section with 13lb

I am not sure how Callum and Clint got on who were the other front runners

Clint was second in section today with 40lb on Trewlaney. Callum didn’t win his section either not sure if he was 2nd or 3rd. Steve Mayo also won his section on Polly. Jennies and Trewlaney fishing really well, Sycamore, match and Python patchy but some good weights from each lake. Man, it’s cold on them lakes!
