            Been told he’s on holiday, and if he’s the only one capable of making decisions then that goes some way to explaining the lack of response I’ve had sofar, but does not excuse the lack of response.

            (before anyone tells me to deal with the shop and get them to sort it, been there done that and they can’t get the big wheel to budge)
