18 FISHED TOP LAKE .

1st….Don Garnish….peg 15……..90lb 06oz.
2nd…Gary Simmons peg 4……….67lbs 0oz.
3rd….Tony Kent……..peg 16……..57lbs 10oz.

Section A…..Jeff Dickinson…..peg 13…..50lbs 08oz.
Section B…..Brian Green……..peg 20…..5olbs 0oz.

Fished hard today,with the better weights coming from the main part of the lake.(deeper water).The spit and the bomb hole pegs were grim,and only Tony Yanni(peg 27) had over 40lb.Ben Emery in the bomb hole really struggled to eak out 5 Carp for a dissapointing 29lb.Ian(now you see him,now you dont)Summers on the flyer,peg 2,did not weigh in…as did Bag up Bob P. on peg 22.
I myself was on peg 21,which i fancied,but i fished like a p**** and only managed to put 37lb on the scales.I didnt have a bite in the last 2 hours.
Anyway it was good to be back on the bank with the lads after my enforced stay in Crete,and i am looking forward to next weeks pairs match at the same venue. 🙂 🙂 🙂 🙂

nice to be able to fish willy top lake again after a while especially with some of the old crowd ,even seeing the elderstatesman out for a walk and showing laser where to cast f or two carp on the trot allthough it was a tad noisey through the day 😀 😀 😀 high light of the day taking coin of van diesel and gedge oh i nearly forgot giving THE BOOKIE A GOOD SPANKING OF THE NEXT PEG HERBIE FEEDER LOL

Thats a below the belt out and out slur on my good name.As if a man with my casting ability would stoop so low as to encroach another anglers swim.Well actually i caught 2 of my fish after casting with my clip off……but the other angler didnt notice cause he was playing one of his many fish at the time.There was a crap angler to my right who did notice,and he made some sought of “derogatory remark” across the lake,but no one ever listens to his comments.Mind you i must say the “grass” did fish a tidy match overall and he managed to beat my weight by 13lb……..massive lol.
