        I have a match coming up soon on Partridge and Skylark Lakes. I haven’t fished the venue for sevral years. I would be grateful if anyone could give me any info’ on what the current methods and baits are? Thanx

          On the tip I’d stick with the bomb and pellet/ corn until it warms up then method is usually better.

          The fish are BIG! – and in some pegs u may only catch for an hour but can do a ton.

          Long pole at the moment as well – corn or soft pellet – some decent skimmers/ tench/ perch to be had.

          If it stays v mild then closer pole lines may fish – 6-9m perhaps. Margins tends to be a summer job unless your on a corner peg.

          I have the Maver Match this there in early April and will be doing the mid week open to see how its fishing.
