  Here’s the top five after day one:
  
  Italy, 9pts
  Holland, 11pts
  Hungary, 15pys
  Belgium, 16 pts
  England, 20pts
  
  Steve Gardener is back in the team today.
  
  England were fifth in the world feeder champs won by Russia – Steve Ringer got an individual silver.

  good luck jamie masson won his section on day one and heaviest catch overall keep it going mate and get scotland a gold

  From what I gather he may have to go all XXXX or bust.
  Stu Conroy has a chance of a medal, but there are loads of Italians on 1pt after the first day.
  England won’t get a team medal… and may not get an individual. Which would be unusual.

  As I understand it it’s Italy, from Hungary, Belgium, Holland and England.
  Jamie Masson could not get an individual medal.
