We have had a technical glitch in the encrypting software which protects your credit card information when you order online through Total-Fishing.
It means that what was being typed into the Expiry Date field has not always come through as typed, and orders were therefore declined.
If you have ordered either a subscription to a magazine or any product or clothing through the site since the start of December, and have not received your order or have not heard from anyone about your order, please could you call OCS, who take the orders on 0845 345 0253 (from the UK) or + 44 207 740 0202 from overseas.
They will be able to advise on the status or your order. The lines are manned from 8am to 7pm.
