REPORT
MOLANDS   Fished hard through the week with the F1’s the only fish showing but as the week turned milder, the carp started to show along with the F1’s and skimmers.  Carp to 15lb were caught during the Christmas Match on Sunday with bomb and bread, pellet feeder with dead maggot and pole fished pellet accounting for a few fish.  The best pegs have been 2 – 4, 9 – 12, 25 – 27, 31 – 33, 44 – 46 and 56 – 60.
GEARYS   A few carp are falling to bomb and bread but the better catches were made up of skimmers with fish from 8oz – 3lb coming to pole ands pellet, maggot or cage feeder with dead reds.  The high bank has been the most consistent area with pegs 7 – 11 the best area.
LITTLE GEARYS   Still not in the best form with catches to just under 30lb the pick of the action last week.  Waggler with punched bread and a small pellet feeder fished to the island have been the best tactics.  Top pegs 7 – 11, 19 and 27 – 29.
WILLOW   Pegs 5 and 6 still in the best form with a small pellet feeder fished across to the island accounting for good nets of carp and F1’s.  Pole and pellet/caster fished down the middle is catching plenty of skimmers, crucians, roach, F1’s and the odd carp.
GRATUITIES   Carp to 8lb coming to the waggler with bread or corn fished up to the island.  Pole tactics are picking up mixed nets of crucians, roach, skimmers and the odd carp and roach.  Best pegs 1, 4, 8, 9 and 11 – 15.
