REPORT
MOLANDS There were quite a few anglers doing nights for the carp last week and reporting plenty of fish upto 19lb with some anglers catching a dozen or more fish. The best areas for bigger fish have been on pegs 1-10,25-29 ,scarecrow point pegs 43-48 and along back straight on pegs 52-60 with source boilies working well. In the matches bomb/pellet or method feeder to the island and down the margin with corn or dead maggot have been best for nets to 70lb.
GEARYS Carp to high double figures featured all around the pool with the milder weather seeing fish moving up to the shallow water as well now. In matches bomb with pellet has been the best approach but method feeder or pole down the margins with corn ,pellet or

dead maggot has also worked well with nets to around 110lb best.
LITTLE GEARYS The best weight of the year so far was caught in Sundays Easter Pairs match ,fishery regular Stephen Bellion had 270 lb all caught on meat fished short or down the margins which has been the most consistent approach but method feeder or waggler to the island has also catching plenty of f1s and carp. Best pegs have been 7-15 and 21-29.
ANNIVERSARIES The pegs at the top end of the pool are still the best at the moment with 2,6,10,21,and 23 in the best form for carp to double figures and f1s to 5lb. Pole fished pellet, maggot, caster or paste has been the best but waggler or bomb with hard pellet has also been catching a few.
SIBLINGS A The more consistent of the Siblings pools with carp and f1s showing on most pegs with 13-21 the pick of the pegs.
Meat ,pellet or paste fished down the middle

or across to the island has worked the best for nets to 70lb
SIBLINGS B Been very much up and down on B with nets to around 60lb being caught all over one day and then anglers struggling the next. When its on form maggots, paste or banded pellet fished down the middle takes some beating. On the harder days dobbing corn or pellet along the far bank has been best.
WILLOW Another pool that has been a little moody this week ,on the good days carp and f1s show all around the pool with catches to 70lb coming out. Pole with hard pellet or meat and waggler/bomb to the island have worked well.
